It’s been another fantastic year! Thank you to all who have registered for the festival.

We have filled the venue for the 2026 Touch of Dutch Festival.

We always leave room for our sponsors.

Attention Food Vendors

It is your responsibility to contact and obtain a Jasper County Health Permit at 219-866-4917.

Note: You may be required to have your trailer inspected at the Jasper County Health Department in Rensselaer, IN prior to the event. Failure to comply with the health department will void your Touch of Dutch application and a refund will NOT be issued. No exceptions.

Please note, there are no rain dates or refunds.

Vendor Responsibilities

All tables, chairs, tents, displays, signage, etc.
Setup Friday (Aug 7) from 4:00 -7:00 pm (CDT)
Setup Saturday (Aug 8) from 6:00-9:00 am (CDT)
Tear down Saturday after 4:00 pm (CDT)
- Vendors leaving before fireworks are complete, cannot drive up to the parking lot/food court to load their vehicle.
- Any vendor that is located in the parking lot (food court) will not be allowed to move trailers/booths until after the fireworks.

Overnight Security

An overnight, full-time police officer will be on the festival grounds Friday night.
Securing your booth and its contents are your responsibility.
Do not leave cash overnight.

Information Booth (12×12)
- DeMotte Chamber member – $40
- Non-Chamber member – $60
Craft Booth (12×12)
- DeMotte Chamber member – $68
- Non-Chamber member – $85
Food
- DeMotte Chamber member – $150 (no trailer – 12×12)
- Non-Chamber member – $170 (no trailer – 12×12)
- DeMotte Chamber member – $300 with trailer
- Non-Chamber member – $340 with trailer
Electricity is $30 more per 20 amp circuit
